Jennifer Raxworthy, Elizabeth Sharpe and Carolyn Bartholomew are the talented people behind GoLive Healthcare. They all have lifelong experience in healthcare. All started their careers as Registered Nurses in Australia. Their passion and dedication led them to undertake further studies in nursing specialties and health management in Australia and overseas.

Jennifer Raxworthy

Jennifer has worked in both public and private health sectors. She has experience in all levels of health and allied health services, holding senior management positions for over 20 years. She has developed and led major procurement strategies for projects in Australia and the Pacific.

Jen's outstanding organisational skills guide her working life. She identifies key operatives within an organisation, and follows through with a determined attitude to get things done.

Always bringing innovative ideas to problems, she leverages her clinical and business experience for the benefit of her clients. Jen can manage your project and purchases through ‘whole-of-life’, from scoping to implementation and maintenance, and finally to decommissioning.

She is known for her tight budget control, demanding ‘best value at best price’ from suppliers.

Carolyn Bartholomew

Carolyn has worked in the public health sector for most of her career. She is a registered midwife, with experience in all levels of government health from bedside clinician to senior executive in health services planning and redesign. This experience in large scale projects in tertiary hospitals around Australia and the Pacific has given her a sound, well-developed knowledge of hospital operations .

Well-known and respected within her local healthcare community, Carolyn has an honest, logical and sensible approach to her work. She brings clarity and progress to projects through process, structure, visibility and governance.

Carolyn has exensive experience in clinical stakeholder engagement for design development, facility/service planning, operational readiness and commissioning. Additionally, she has expert understanding in hospital operations, safety, quality assurance and monitoring key performance indicators.

Carolyn’s expertise supports the application of regional best practice to hospital improvements.

Elizabeth Sharpe

Elizabeth has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in the health sector. Starting as a registered nurse/midwife, she has worked in senior executive roles in the clinical arena and in health services planning and design. Liz has worked on large scale projects in public and private hospitals and aged care facilities in Australia and the Pacific.

Liz is a highly driven and engaging innovator, with a solid career spanning the industry in executive level operational leadership in health infrastructure, clinical service delivery and strategic prioritisation.

She is recognised for delivering a visionary leadership style in leading people and building teams. Much of Liz’s clinical leadership experience has been in the areas of women's, youth and children’s health.

Her career has seen her implement effective models of care , manage budget projection and cost containment strategies, oversee future workforce management and negotiate with both local and federal government on specific initiatives.
